Hendrik is, at heart, a pancake restaurant — but calling it that feels like wildly underselling it. Yes, the children’s pancakes are excellent, but this is no sticky-table, plastic-syrup bottle situation. At Hendrik, pancakes arrive with a beautifully ornate jug of house syrup, ready to be ladled on generously — because if you’re doing pancakes, you may as well do them properly!
